It Was Guinness….It Was Good

Tall….Cold….Dark……Great Band……Open Front Bar……..Heat……Bangkok……Awesome.

That’s about all of what I took in during that first bevvie in a while.  It was a long day trying to get out of Bangladesh.  Trying to pay a simple VISA fee was like pulling teeth.  The only thing that pushed it through in one morning was the $40 I used to grease that little passport officier’s palm with…..”why you little……!”

Well, it’s Feb 5th, and after an almost 9 week tour, it seems a little surreal to be called for boarding to Vancouver.  Guess that’s something I’ll be getting used to in the new venture of international offshore.

See you in Vancouver.

  1. Where is Pilot Roberto now? Is he still truckin’ ’round the globe? Have his blades rusted? Has the Bangla bug got the best of this heli-man’s guts? Tune in next week, for his arrival back on the blogosphere scene, when his corrupted lemon of a hunk-a-junk PC gets enough foreign, pirated juice to enable a brief, but useful and porductive log on to the internets, for a grand hello to the masses… who’ve been sitting on the edge of the dirty, rotten, white-turned-black sofa… anticipating the long-awaited, inspirational blog posts from places around the world one can only see in the mind’s eye, with the assistance and grace of Pilot Roberto’s wicked and wonderful bloggable words!

Capo is driving me to drink.

But his swimming has greatly improved :)
    And he has new tricks…
